Cancellation & Modification Policy

At South India Drop Taxi, we understand that plans can change. Here is our policy regarding booking cancellations and modifications:

• ​Booking Cancellations: You can cancel your trip at no extra cost if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

• ​Late Cancellation Fee: If the taxi has already reached your location and you cancel the trip, a one-time cancellation fee of Rs. 300 will be payable to the driver.

• ​Booking Modifications: You can request changes to your travel time, vehicle type, or destination. However, all amendment requests must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

• ​Important Notes:

  • ​Changes cannot be made within 8 hours of the pick-up time.

  • ​Requests for vehicle type changes are subject to availability.

  • ​In case of a 'no-show' without prior notice (at least 8 hours before), the booking will be considered cancelled, and no refunds will be provided.
